Catie sees patients in person in Tennessee and virtually in Tennessee, Michigan and Georgia. Seeing people of all ages, Catie is a compassionate therapist, speaker, and podcast host who specializes in helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with confidence. While her approach is inclusive of all, Catie is particularly passionate about supporting women through anxiety, OCD, depression, and the transitions that come with womanhood. Using evidence-based therapies like CBT, IFS, and Exposure Response Prevention, Catie provides a safe, empowering space for clients to heal, grow, and build lasting resilience.

Sheila C. Cowling, MA, LLP

Sheila is a Christian based mental health provider, who has been practicing for more than 30 years. She has focused her treatment on adults with depression, anxiety, marriage and family issues, and body image issues. Sheila also specializes in traumatic brain injuries, as well as women dealing with issues related to perimenopause and menopause.

His integrative style supports a wide range of clients—from neurodiverse children to adults navigating trauma—through personalized, action-oriented care that goes beyond the traditional therapy model. By combining therapeutic techniques with active engagement, Bill helps clients build lasting change, empowering them to take charge of their own healing journey.

Christina sees patients virtually in Michigan. Christina is a highly-trained mental health provider, with extensive experience providing mental health services to a wide variety of age groups, ranging from 8 years of age to geriatric.

Dr. Hansen is a professor at Oakland University and does clinical supervision for therapists as well as providing ongoing education for our therapists to ensure high-quality, up to date practices within the clinic.
